Thank you for shopping with MUNDAY. Every piece is made to order and printed in the UK, so here’s everything you need to know about getting your art to your wall.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is coming soon. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.
Production time
As each print, frame and canvas is made to order, please allow [2–4] working days for production before your order is dispatched. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Delivery options and costs
We offer Standard UK Delivery on all orders, arriving [3–5] working days after dispatch.
- Orders over £75: Free delivery
- Orders under £75: Delivery £7.99
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Larger framed pieces and canvases (A1, 70x100 and equivalent canvas sizes) may take slightly longer to arrive due to their size.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Packaging
Prints are shipped flat or in protective tubes. Framed pieces and canvases are packed with protective corners and wrapping so they arrive in perfect condition.
Delays
We aim to meet all delivery estimates, but delays can occasionally happen because of courier issues, busy periods or events outside our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within [10] working days of dispatch, please get in touch and we’ll look into it.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within [7] days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can’t be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.

We offer 30-day returns as standard, starting from the date you receive your order. Returns should be sent to:
